VMPCO’s project is a complex and integrated consortium of commercial real-estate, private/public partnerships, affordable housing and residents service programs- created to support, equip, enrich the lives of our Nations Veterans, through a single purpose  “empowering Veterans to lead high-quality lives with respect, dignity, honor and integrity,”  and offer support to active seniors and the communities being served.
